1. Delivery Policy

All our products—webinars, masterclasses, and live courses—are delivered digitally. Upon successful purchase, you will receive:

  • Access links via email and WhatsApp.
  • Login credentials (if applicable) for our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Reminders & updates through email and WhatsApp before the session starts.

If you do not receive access details within 24 hours of purchase, please reach out to our support team at support@mindspeak.club.

2. Shipping Policy

Since our products are 100% digital, there is no physical shipping involved. All access details, including webinar links and course materials, will be shared via email and WhatsApp. Please ensure that you provide the correct email ID and WhatsApp number at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are subject to approval by our team. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the live session starts.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or non-attendance.
  • If a session is rescheduled or canceled by us, you will be notified, and alternative options will be provided.
